We had a lovely time hiking. We're sun tired now, and my legs will be sore tomorrow. It's good to be alive.
We still on our depression arc rn but today was definitely helpful. Still doin skincare and language goals. Struggling on writing and music. Exercise is so-so. We'll get there.
