In getting back into daily writing, I'm finding that I tend to use MS onenote for my exercises and random unplanned scenes. I get almost all the same functionality out of onenote that I do out of the program I used to write the bulk of my manuscript (scrivener, in case you're wondering), but with better integration for handwritten notes and with more room for folders and subfolders. I just don't get the "corkboard" view I get on scrivener. I wonder if I'll end up moving over to onenote. I'd feel pretty silly if I did, considering scrivener is paid and onenote is free. C'est la vie, I guess.

What programs do y'all use to write? I know my brother uses Obsidian, which is like onenote but fancier I think. Curious about other programs. Miss me with MS Word, though.
