Nate and I played a board game for the first time in a while after lunch. It was lovely. Staying home and having a normal day is kinda rare for us. It was such a a treat. We also played the card game fluxx. We planned meals and got groceries and invited Mike over for breakfast tomorrow. Erica went to bed well and without fever. I'm serene.
Did some practice and experimentation mockups of calligraphy I'm doing for a friend. It is crazy how different papers and inks can affect flow and feathering and style. It's a basic aspect of calligraphy, but it can be so tricky to manage.
I got ink all over myself and my desk again as usual.
