Erica had her 10mo development assessment with the alliance for infants and toddlers today and did very well! It's a relief that she's testing beyond her age, even if it's only a couple weeks beyond. It would have been completely normal for her to score five weeks behind because of her prematurity. Super grateful she's ahead!
We are spending the bulk of the day with the in-laws, giving Erica time with her Zaide and Grandma before they go into Shabbos. Zaide Dovid seems to be in good spirits today. Grandma is hopefully feeling a weight lifted as we've been able to begin the process of applying for Zaide's long term disability, and we've received help and guidance from several kind people along the way.
While we're here, my craft is crocheting. Just granny squares, for now, that'll maybe eventually be a blanket.
